Are you passionate about ceramic craftsmanship and master pottery? VKV (Vangs Keramiske Værksted), a renowned ceramic workshop in the heart of Fyn is seeking skilled and independent ceramists or potters to join our team. If you are a couple, and can both work full time or part time, we want to hear from you as well!
About Us: VKV is a small, but successful company known for producing unique, hand crafted items, including coffee and tea cups, plates, and bowl that can be found in several Danish cafés, galleries and restaurants. Our work is all made in clay, glazed as well as raw. Our vision is to grow from responsible workshop into a responsible ceramic factory.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clay, throw pots, trim, fire and more.
- Ensure precision and attention to detail in all stages of production.
- Collaborate with our creative team to bring designs from concept to reality.
- Operate, clean and maintain equipment.
- Uphold the high quality standards we work by.
Requirements:
- Education as ceramist, potter, or similar craft.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing flawless results.
- Flexibility to adapt to our dynamic and creative environment.
- English or German at a communicative, intermediate level is necessary.
